FAQ
Do I need a G2 vendor account?
Do I need a G2 vendor account?
No. AgentKey holds the upstream access; your agent only needs your AgentKey
subscription.
Can it reply to, flag or post reviews?
Can it reply to, flag or post reviews?
No. The tool is read-only — reviews come out, nothing goes in. Nothing is
posted, answered or reported.
How do I find a product's G2 slug?
How do I find a product's G2 slug?
It is the product name as it appears in the product’s g2.com URL — for
example
hubspot-marketing-hub in
g2.com/products/hubspot-marketing-hub/reviews — and the tool also
accepts that URL as is. There is no product search on G2, so start from a
slug or URL you already have. Reviews of the same product on
Capterra are read
by its Capterra URL, and consumer brands are on
Trustpilot.
