Trading data splits in two: decentralized pools, where price and liquidity live in contracts, and centralized exchanges, where order books, perpetuals and options live behind per-venue APIs. Getting both into one agent normally means a DEX indexer plus a key for every exchange. Through AgentKey your agent reads both sides the same way — find_tools, describe_tool, execute_tool — with CoinMarketCap and Surf behind the scenes.

What you can ask

  • “What is the funding rate and open interest on BTC perps right now?”
  • “Show the order book depth for ETH/USDT and the current spread.”
  • “Which exchange had the most liquidations in the last 4 hours?”
  • “Pull 1h candles for SOL/USDT for the past week.”
  • “Find the liquidity pools for this token and how much liquidity each has.”
  • “Is this DEX token safe? Run a security check and show the holder trend.”
  • “What is the put/call ratio and max pain for BTC options?”
  • “Aave 上收益最高的池子是哪些?“

What’s covered

DEX tokens and pairs
  • Search DEX tokens by keyword, symbol, name or address; token detail by platform and address; batch token and price queries
  • Latest price for a DEX token; latest quotes for DEX spot pairs; paginated listings of active spot pairs by network or asset
  • Latest swap transactions for a token or pool
  • List and detail of supported DEX platforms (blockchain networks); DEX exchange metadata and aggregate listings
Liquidity, holders and safety
  • Liquidity pools for a token, token liquidity, and liquidity change events for tokens and pools
  • Holder count, holder tag counts, holder trend over time, detailed holder lists and single-holder detail
  • Security analysis for a DEX token
  • DeFi yield pools ranked by APY or TVL, filterable by protocol such as Lido or Aave
Exchanges and spot markets
  • Exchange metadata and id map; exchange assets as the token holdings of large exchange wallets; historical exchange quotes
  • Trading pairs on an exchange by type — spot, swap, future, option — or free-text search, with base/quote currencies, status and default fee rates
  • Real-time ticker — last price, bid/ask, 24h high/low, volume and change — for spot or perpetual
  • Order book depth with spread, spread percentage, mid-price and total bid/ask depth
  • OHLCV candlesticks at intervals from one minute to one month, with period summary stats
Perpetuals, liquidations and options
  • Perpetual snapshot: current funding rate, next settlement, mark and index price, open interest
  • Funding rate history and long/short ratio history at 1h, 4h or 1d granularity
  • Futures overview across all tracked tokens: open interest, funding rate, long/short ratio, 24h volume
  • Liquidations: an OHLC-style chart per token and exchange, a breakdown by exchange over 1h to 24h windows, and individual large liquidation orders above a USD threshold
  • Options: open interest, volume, put/call ratio and max pain price

How to use it

Pass the request in plain language and let the router pick the tool:
Both English and Chinese phrasing work. Always describe_tool before executing — these tools are parameter-heavy (exchange, symbol, market type, interval, network and address), and the per-call cost is shown there too.
Building with code? The same capability is available as a fixed-contract Scenario Method with automatic provider failover: crypto.derivatives.snapshot returns the open interest and funding of a perpetual contract on one exchange.

FAQ

Exchange tools take an exchange identifier and a trading pair per call; DEX tools take a platform (network) and a token or pool address. The exchange id map and the DEX platform list are themselves available, so an agent can discover what is supported before querying. describe_tool shows the accepted values.
Yes — OHLCV candles, funding rate history, long/short ratio history, historical exchange quotes, holder trend series and liquidity change events all paginate through time. Tickers, depth, perpetual snapshots and liquidation rankings are current readings fetched at request time.
The ticker and order book tools default to spot; setting the market type to swap returns the perpetual contract instead. Funding, open interest and long/short ratio are perpetual-only by nature.
