# Trustpilot reviews for AI agents

> Read Trustpilot reviews for a company by brand name or URL, filtered by reviewer country, language, star rating, date and verified status through AgentKey.

Trustpilot is where consumers rate the companies and brands they buy from,
and a brand's Trustpilot page is often the first thing a shopper checks
before trusting an unfamiliar store. Each review carries a star rating and
the reviewer's country and language, and verified reviews can be read on
their own. Through AgentKey your agent reads Trustpilot reviews the same way
it reads everything else — `find_tools`, `describe_tool`, `execute_tool` —
narrowing to the countries, languages and ratings that matter.

## What you can ask

* *"Summarize recent Trustpilot reviews of nike.com from US reviewers, verified reviews only."*
* *"What are the most common complaints in one-star Trustpilot reviews of this brand this year?"*
* *"Pull the latest German-language Trustpilot reviews of this company."*
* *"Open this Trustpilot review page and give me the most relevant reviews from UK reviewers."*
* *"How have Trustpilot reviews of this retailer changed since January?"*
* *"Compare what French and Italian reviewers say about this airline on Trustpilot."*
* *"Give me verified five-star Trustpilot reviews of this brand, most recent first."*
* *"这家品牌在 Trustpilot 上最近的差评都在说什么？"*

## What's covered

**Identifiers**

* Reviews for a company by its brand name or by the URL of its Trustpilot
  review page

**Filters**

* Reviewer countries, languages and star rating
* A start date, to read only reviews posted since then
* Verified reviews only

**Ordering and limit**

* Trustpilot's automatic ordering by default, or relevancy or most recent
* A `limit` on how many reviews come back; set it to fetch only as many as
  you need

**What comes back**

* Star rating, review text, date and reviewer details for each review

## How to use it

Pass the request in plain language and let the router pick the tool:

```text theme={null}
find_tools(q="recent verified Trustpilot reviews of nike.com from US reviewers")
find_tools(q="这家品牌在 Trustpilot 上最近的差评")
find_tools(prefix="ecommerce/trustpilot")   # browse everything for Trustpilot
describe_tool("<returned Provider/Operation>")
execute_tool("<Provider/Operation>", { ...params })
```

Trustpilot sits in the E-commerce branch of the catalog. The review tool takes
either a brand name or the review-page URL, so a link copied from Trustpilot
works as is. Set a `limit` to fetch only as many reviews as you need. Always
`describe_tool` before executing: it shows the country and language codes, the
accepted ordering values, the date format for the start date, and the
per-call cost.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Building with code?** Trustpilot is available through the catalog tools
> above only; there are no fixed-contract Scenario Methods for it yet. See the
> [Scenario Methods overview](https://docs.agentkey.app/api-reference/scenario/overview.md) for the
> platforms that have them.

## FAQ

> [accordion] Do I need a Trustpilot business account?
>
> No. AgentKey holds the upstream access; your agent only needs your AgentKey
> subscription.

> [accordion] Can it reply to, flag or post reviews?
>
> No. The tool is read-only — reviews come out, nothing goes in. Nothing is
> posted, answered or reported.

> [accordion] Can it search for companies or read a company profile?
>
> Not today. Trustpilot coverage is the review tool only — there is no
> company search or company profile tool — so start from a brand name or a
> review-page URL you already have. Software products are reviewed on
> [G2](https://docs.agentkey.app/capabilities/ecommerce/g2-reviews-for-ai-agents.md) and
> [Capterra](https://docs.agentkey.app/capabilities/ecommerce/capterra-reviews-for-ai-agents.md), each
